Offering more support after installation than most other providers, we have structured support protocols for the road ahead, as well as prompt responses for maintenance and repair. Any question, any time—our team is ready and waiting to help. And we’ll check in from time to time too.
System Service and Testing
As with any installation in your business, regular checks keep it healthy. We’ll let you know when services are due. With a quick visit to test all the vital signs, we’ll make sure everything keeps going strong for many years to come, just as it’s designed to do.
Panel Cleaning
Anything that blocks sunlight makes your solar panels less efficient. Dust, salty air, bird droppings and leaves are all culprits. With our certification for working at heights, and all the right safety equipment, it’s easy for us to clean your solar panels. We recommend doing this at least once a year. All it takes is one phone call.
Performance Review
Unpredictable events like Queensland hailstorms or falling tree branches can damage your solar panels. You’ll want to know that the affected panels are still functioning properly afterwards. We have specialist testing equipment to assess the panels and their output efficiency.
If you need a report for an insurance claim, we can provide a thermography report with recommendations.
Energy Audit
When you’re looking for efficient energy usage during your business operations, there are key questions to ask. For example, what’s the biggest drain on your electricity supply—staff pumping the air conditioning in summer or the machinery that runs through the night? Are your solar panels still supplying at least 80% energy output?
When you need to know if your organisation’s electrical system is working at its best, a comprehensive audit gives you the data you need. With specialist testing equipment and our depth of experience as electricians, we can take a big-picture assessment of your setup. Our recommendations might highlight old appliances that are draining more energy than they should, or simply some suggestions of best times of day to operate equipment for maximum savings.
